Our church has many opportunities to be connected and to serve! We have many ministries and this page will be a work in progress as I add new ministries and describe how you can help.
Often the first thing you’ll notice as you drive toward our church building is our beautiful sign! The purpose of the sign ministry is to inform members and passers of church events, to convey encouraging and thought provoking sayings, and to advertise the special events and announcements of the church. We have people who update it on a regular basis and I always enjoy reading the sign as I enter the property and again as I exit the property. Every couple weeks you’ll notice it has been updated. On the back side of the sign at the bottom is a brain teaser for the children (and adults too). The words have phonetic spelling which is a way of writing words that represent how they sound, rather than how they look. Next time you drive past the sign, see if you can solve the puzzle! BEAR 🐻 MINISTRY
This group makes cute bears to give to first responders, doctor offices, and hospitals to be given to children who may need extra comfort. We have people who cut out fabric, draw faces on the bears, sew on the label, and sew at home. We meet at church to stuff, hand sew the opening shut, tie ribbons, and bag the bears. If you have hands, you can help with this ministry! Men, women, and teens are welcome to help at home or come to Bear Day. It’s a fun time of fellowship!
